all signature items are shipping by Dec 4th
all other items to ship between 3-7 business days
please note: some orders may take a few extra days, please check your listing for more details! if you are needing an item for a certain day we highly recommend that you reach out to us ahead of time so we can work with you to get it!

PLEASE NOTE:
due to a technical error, tracking numbers are sometimes not showing up automatically. If you are wanting a tracking # and can't find one, please send us an email and we will work it out for you ASAP!
Turnaround Time:
Items can take up to 10 business days to ship (or longer!) please see above info

once your item is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
please refer to the size chart and all information before placing your order.
Please note that due to the season, shipping times may be longer
refer to your local USPS for more info, and give yourself
plenty of time for an order to arrive!
we cannot change orders, cancel orders etc.,
as they are processed in real time, and we use a lot of
factors to get your item(s) to you!

if your item is damaged or incorrect, you have 5 days from delivery to file a claim with us. Please send damage description and photos of the item to
any issues that appear after a first wear/wash, may be accepted up to 30 days from receiving your item.
there is a chance that the coloration can vary a little bit depending on item, your screen, browser etc., so slight variances should be expected.
items are hand made and can vary slightly
When will (insert design/product here) be restocked?
to get your fav items- turn on notifications on instagram and set alarms for release dates and times! some collections sell out quickly.
how to care for your item:
we always recommend hand wash for your design to last as long as possible with minimal fading. Fading is inevitable, however with the proper care you can really make the fading minimal!
another way to handle your item is
machine wash cold inside out, hang to dry
(the heat in the dryer can ruin the DTG printing)
For example, if you are a true large, our large would be a standard fit.
If you want a more snug fit, size down.
If you want a vintage/oversized fit, size up!
(most customers size up 1-3 sizes)
However, we are always happy to provide you with rough measurements of our items so please do reach out to contact@belleandpark.com for the size charts.
as much as we try to keep in touch- we don't always see DMS on instagram, so email is the only way to get a response about an order

so please allow 1-2 business days for a reply
WRONGFUL CHARGEBACKS
chargebacks are very hard on small businesses.
we are always happy to help come up with a solution,
but chargeback customers will be not be allowed
to shop with B&P going forward.
it is also worth noting if you have previously filed
a chargeback with another business, it comes up on our end.
if you are flagged, we will automatically
cancel your order & refund you!
We are aware of the confusion surrounding currency, and we wanted to make sure things are understandable for you while you shop!
We are working with shopify to get some things changed over,
but until then please note the following:
We are based in Canada! Our HQ is in Calgary, Alberta!
so by default, our shop is in Canadian currency. At the top right of the screen, you can shop in your own currency, however,
at the checkout it will hop back to canadian dollars.
BUT don't worry! YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING EXTRA,
you will only be charged in the currency that you make your payment.
for example,
if you are a US customer paying with a US credit card,
you will be charged in US dollars!
an example: if your order comes to $100 canadian at checkout, you can do a quick google search to see what the approximate conversion would be.
(google example: 100 cad to usd. this would be approximately $79USD)
