COVID-19 SHOP UPDATE:
as of right now Belle & Park. will continue to operate as normal and we are taking the proper precautions in our warehouse and in our office to ensure cleanliness and consistent sanitation. over the next couple of weeks, you may notice longer fulfillment times that will differ from what is noted here in our FAQ on our website. we are doing our absolute best as a small business to get you your orders, safely and timely as best we can. fulfillment times can be anywhere from 20-25 business days based on the amount of orders we are receiving.
as you are probably aware by now, the circumstances surrounding covid-19 globally is changing quickly. Some of our items are hand crafted in our studio that is located in Canada, and we are still able to operate safely while still adhering to all of the guidelines being implemented. However, some of our items are being created in warehouses across the USA and Europe. They are still operating, just at a slower pace so they can adhere to all of the rules surrounding the pandemic. it is very important to keep in mind that there may be some delays surrounding your order. This is to be expected with a global pandemic.

When will my parcel arrive?
Items are either shipped from our studio in Canada or from a third party manufacturer! You can expect your item to ship within 5 business days for the most part. Please allow up to 14 business days for your parcel to arrive once it is marked as sent out. Please keep in mind that you may receive your items in separate packages as they are coming from different parts of the world.
If you have any questions about shipping or are needing your item for a specific day, please reach out. Although we are able to rush some items to make it for a certain date, this is not always the case.
it is up to you as the customer to take care of any customs fees. these are outside of our control. check in with your local post office to get an estimate of how much you can expect to pay.
can i return or exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Even on wrong sized product. Please double check your sizing before you purchase. If your product arrived damaged, misprinted etc., please send an email right away to email@example.com with your order number. You have 15 days from date of delivery to do this.
Take care of your items as best you can. We would always recommend hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle cold. Hang to dry is always a best option when it comes to clothing. Do not apply direct heat on any product.
Do you have a brand ambassador program?
currently we work with some influencers on instagram. If you would like to work with us please reach out firstname.lastname@example.org. Someone will get back to you if we believe you would be a good fit with our brand.
