hi & thank you so much for being here. Tricia (shop owner) is expecting her first baby at the end of February! We are still taking orders at this time, and we don't plan to close, but please be patient when expecting a response.

please also note that covid is still impacting us! We are getting orders out very quickly but it is out of our hands once we drop off at the post office! 

general FAQ:

please note that if you place more than one item it will most likely ship separately. We use multiple channels to get
your item(s) to you as fast as possible! 

 

Turnaround Time:
we are working hard to get all orders out in a timely manner, most items will ship within 5-7 business days, however often times sooner. 
once your item is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 
please refer to the size chart and all information before placing your order.

 

Return policy:
we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please refer to the size chart. 
if your item is damaged or incorrect, you have 5 days from delivery to file a claim with us. Please send damage description and photos of the item to

Colors:
there is a chance that the coloration can vary a little bit depending on item, your screen, browser etc., so slight variances should be expected. 
When will (insert design/product here) be restocked?
All of our designs are limited, and will sell out or be retired (some sooner than others) we never guarantee a restock, so be sure to grab your fav items when you see them! 
International Orders:
although we are a proud Canadian company, most of our items you see here are created in our sister country USA. Any orders placed outside of these 2 countries are subject to delays outside of our control.Please take this into consideration. You are responsible for any duties/taxes.
