Shipping Protection Policy

At Belle & Park, we know how exciting it is to receive your order! Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides added peace of mind in the event your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged during transit.

What’s Covered

If Shipping Protection is purchased, we’ll gladly assist with:

-Lost Packages – Orders that are confirmed lost in transit after the carrier’s investigation period.
-Stolen Packages – Packages marked as delivered but believed to have been stolen from the delivery location. (We may request a police report if necessary) 
-Damaged Orders – Items that arrive damaged due to shipping.

Filing a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us at contact@belleandpark.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)
Any supporting documentation requested

we may reach out to you once we receive the request for more info.

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Belle & Park will, at our discretion:

Replace the affected item(s), subject to availability, or
Issue store credit, or
Provide a refund to the original payment method.
We will work with you on the best outcome!

What’s Not Covered

Shipping Protection does not cover:

-Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
-Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
-Delivery delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
-Requests made after the claim window has expired.
-Cosmetic imperfections in packaging that do not affect the product itself.
-Orders that have already been replaced or refunded through another claim.

Important Information

Belle & Park reserves the right to request additional information to verify a claim. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be denied. For example: for stolen packages we may request a police report. 

Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for uninsured shipments.
