B&P Holiday Message

Thank you so much for such an incredible 2025! Please read the following FAQ that will likely answer any questions while we are away!

 We truly value family time and taking time with our loved ones, so we are taking some time off this Holiday season.

We will be off for Christmas from fulfilling orders starting December 16. email and customer service will be off starting December 19. We will resume full operations starting January 5th.

We have made the choice to keep the website open during this time so anyone who received their gift cards can shop, but please expect a longer turnaround time during this time!

Here is some FAQ for you to help you navigate during this time we are away!

When will my order ship?
Any orders that have been placed prior to Dec 16th will ship within 5-10 business days. Any orders placed after December 20th will still ship within this timeframe. 

My order did not arrive in time for Christmas, what can I do?
We worked so hard, especially over the last few weeks to get everything out as quickly as possible. With that said, there has been some things against us! Such as a postal strike, general holiday delays, etc., 
We know how important it is for timely deliveries this time of year and we are so sorry if your order didn't arrive in time. As most items did have a 5-10 business day turn around time, please keep that in mind from when you placed your order and factor in any holidays along the way. 
We cannot claim responsibility for postal delays, lost packages, anything that happens once the items leave our warehouse. 
With that being said-  we would never leave you hanging! 
we will always help you find a resolution that works best and are so happy to work with you to figure what is going on! When our team is back in the office, we will look into any order disruptions. Thank you so much for your patience!

I don't see my tracking number/my tracking number is incorrect
Sometimes, our system doesn't register all tracking info and this means your tracking number will not appear! This doesn't mean its lost, We are happy to provide you with a tracking number as soon as we can! 

I received the wrong order/my item was damaged 
So sorry if there is an issue with your order! Not to worry: we will review your claim and be in contact ASAP to make it right!
